Thats how I feel too. Competition is good for gaming. I hope the ps3 is good. Its just not looking that way as of now. But your right...Game developers have to compete with one another to make their games more cutting edge with gameplay and graphics. So xbox360 should be good for the next 4 years. Thats what I'm saying. If sony would have launched on time no one would say that the 360 was a rush job. The facts are Microsoft went with proven hardware so higher yields and easier developement for games. Sony went with new unproven hardware which of course would have lower yields and harder developement for games and delays. Thats common sense. Sony is basically trying to be too innovative for their own good. They are trying to leap too far ahead but at a cost to development, consumers, and manufacturing. Does the ps3 do anti aliasing? I see a lot of jaggies in the screen shots of motor storm. Anyone know? Before I spend *cough* waist 600 plus dollars I would like some info on AA for games. High def with jaggies is not cool to me personally. Thanks in advance....The screen shots thusfar would lead me to believe the ps3 isn't capable of AA.
360 is dominant in US and Europe, Wii is dominant in japan. Thats my prediction.
Another poster was right. All big companies get all kinds of law suits of people trying to cash in. Thats one of the disadvantages of being rich and successful, you become a target. We have to assume sony is innocent of these new accusations until proven guilty. Microsoft goes through the same legal battles with money vultures. We'll see what happens with this. Could be true, Could not be. If its true it will be another blow against Sony that will hurt them.
